Jay Morton has led a unique life, he spent 14 years with the armed forces, 10 of those years were spent in the SAS. He has summited Everest twice and since leaving the military he has appeared on the TV show SAS: Who Dares Wins and signed with Praga motorsport. I was lucky enough to chat with Jay about his new book, his coping mechanisms in lockdown, and his life lessons from the military and the various mountains he has summited.
